Where do we ship?

We ship across India from our warehouse in Mumbai

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a flat fee of ₹60 is charged.

Why do we charge this?

COD orders come with additional logistics and handling costs. This fee helps us cover that and ensure a smooth and reliable delivery process.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are dispatched within 4,5 days (except Sundays & public holidays). Delivery usually takes 5,7working days, depending on your location.

Multiple Shipments

If your order has multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. But don’t worry – you’ll get tracking updates for each.

Tracking your order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch.

What if my order is delayed?

If your package hasn’t been dispatched or delivered as expected, we’re here to help:

Courier Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners like Delhivery, Bluedart  on time delivery. If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt redelivery up to 2 more times.

Cancellations

• Prepaid orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• In rare cases, we may cancel orders due to stock or payment issues. (If this happens, your full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.)

Mailing Hours

Our team processes and ships orders between 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
